Our Customer is a leading global insurance company.
Our client is actively looking for an IAM / PAM Manager – Strategy & Delivery to join their team. In this role you will be responsible for managing a team that will performing Privileged Access Management (PAM) for our third parties from BAU provisioning perspective as well as providing first level technical support for the PAM solution. As other IAM solutions are implemented the team will also be responsible for providing technical support for those solutions as well. The team will also be responsible for reviewing, updating and automating IAM operational processes to improve security and efficiency and remove manual processes.
You will be working out of our Markham office and reporting to the IAM Senior Manager.
A Degree in IT/ Comp Eng. is required.
Location is Markham and Toronto, GTA Ontario.
Hybrid role – mix of in-office and remote WFH, currently 1 day / week in-office.
This a perm/FT role.

Responsibilities
Lead the PAM and technical support functions with a team of 5-10 direct reports that are responsible for:
Performing privileged access BAU processes for staff and third parties supporting the organization
Providing 1st level technical support for the Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Governance and Access (IGA) and Customer Identity and Access
Management (CIAM) solutions Onboarding applications into the IGA solution
Reviewing existing IAM processes and controls to identify gaps and areas for improvement with a focus on automation
Collaborate with other IT teams, 3rd party support and vendors to review, design, implement and support develop new technologies, solutions, and automations to increase the overall IAM security posture and effectiveness.
Create, maintain, and improve operational processes to ensure they comply with enterprise governance, risk, and compliance programs.
Support internal and external audit and third-party engagements to meet various compliance programs and security best practices
Provide coaching, feedback and mentoring to team members.
Provide monthly KRI, KPI and executive reports on the key performance metrics.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering is a must
At least 5 years of Information Security experience.
Strong Leadership Skills with 3-5 years in a leadership position in a Cybersecurity/Information Security role
Hands on experience in the design, deployment, and support of IAM tools such as
Privileged Access Management (PAM) such as BeyondTrust and CyberArk
Identity Governance and Access (IGA) and Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, ForgeRock, and Ping Identity.
Multiple Multi-Factor Authentication(MFA) solutions
Knowledge and hands on experience with IAM related technologies (Active Directory, M365, Privileged Access Management, Single Sign-On (SSO), OAuth, SAML, etc.)
Experience in implementing strong IAM processes for cloud environments (MS Azure, AWS).
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Candidate must have strong oral and written communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work with technical and non-technical staff. The ability to translate technical requirements for non-technical business partners and gather support for IAM initiatives from multiple levels of management.
Exceptional time management and self-management skills.
Self-motivated and directed, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
