QA ANALYST 

Hybrid role based downtown business core

Salary: market rate role+

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and execute test plans for various projects.
• Create and execute test cases, identify and report defects, and collaborate with other QA team members and developers to ensure product quality.
• Conduct tests using both manual testing and automated testing tools.
• Communicate quantitative and qualitative findings from test results to the project team.
• Monitor efforts to resolve product issues and track progress.
• Ensure that the final product satisfies the requirements and meets end-user expectations.
• Develop effort estimation for QA activities.
• Facilitate meetings and communicate test results to sponsors, stakeholders and project team members, as required.
• Produce testing status reports and present to management, as required.
• Help and support other team members.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration, or Computer Science.
• At least 5 years QA experience, preferably in the Financial Services industry.
• Experiences working in Asset Management, Wealth Management, Investment Banking sectors.
• Understanding and working knowledge of investments, including business processes and investment asset classes.
• Thorough understanding and hands on experience with agile methodologies and approaches.
• Experience in both manual and automated testing including many of the following automated testing tools:

o UFT.

o Selenium

o Test NG o AXE accessibility framework

o Device Automation – Perfecto

• Logical and analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• SQL and Excel skills required.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong team player.
